Refunds: Payments will not be refunded. Once you order the phone, you are obligated to the order. The only exception for payment refunds is if a product is out of stock and we cannot get it for you. In this case, we will refund payment(s) to you.
Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales final.
Condition: Phones are sold in new condtion and "AS IS". Sim cards are not provided with phones.
Warranties: Phones are sold without warranty.
Languages: Phones are sold with English as the default language.
Data Features (including but not limited to Internet and MMS): freephoneshawaii.com does not ensure that Internet data features from your GSM carrier will work on any of the phones listed in this section. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to setup and configure their data services through their provider.
Shipping Policies For Unlocked Phones:
Payment Clearance: Orders are processed once payment has cleared and we can verify that the funds are in our account.
Processing Time: Allow approximately 1-3 business days for order processing and 2-4 business days for shipping. We ship orders Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day air delivery only. This makes the order trackable, safe, and reliable for everyone.
